为预防和控制医院因规章制度不落实而发生的各种医疗缺陷和医疗纠纷 ,加大依法治院的力度 ,提高医疗护理质量 ,本文分析了医院规章制度落实难的成因及危害 。

To prevent and control the medical treatment defect and dispute resulting in inpracticing of rules and regulations to enforce lawful administration, to improve the nursing quality and the quality of medical treatment, it is analyzed in this article that the cause of the formation and the harm on enforcing the rules and regulations of the hospital hard, and the corresponding countermeasures have been provided.
