摘要
本文介绍了医院建立医院信息系统后 ,对进修生管理的做法 :加强培训 ,打牢基础 ;加强带教 ,落实责任制 ;加强监控 ,规范操作 ;定期考核 ,管理制度化 。
It is very important to enforce the management of the refresher course after building of HIS in the hospital. The author introduces the measures as enforcing training, confirming the base, enforcing the teaching, carrying out duty system, strengthening supervise, standardizing operation, testing regularly and institutionalization of the management, it gives references to the management of the refresher course.
