摘要
本文根据相关法律法规及其立法精神 ,结合笔者多年从事医疗纠纷处理 ;特别是医疗损害赔偿案例的诉讼代理过程中对现行司法实践的体会 。
In this article, the author bases on the relative law and practice dealing with the medical dispute, especially case of the medical injury, illustrates and discusses relative principle and method of the compensation of the medical injury.
