摘要
通过高速行车试验中油品的40℃运动粘度和磷谱分析结果的讨论,发现两者具有很好的相关性。对油品中ZDDP的有效组分衰变分析,可以很好地预测油品的粘度增长趋势。P核磁共振仪是研究高温高速行车试验发动机油品质的一种很好的辅助工具。使用二类基础油及复合添加剂调制的油品,即使PS_2O_2含量已经接近0,油中PSO_3含量下降仍然很慢,在使用二类基础油及复合添加剂调制的油品中,ZDDP的表现如此优良值得继续深入研究。
Dynamic viscosities of oils at 40℃ in high temp. & high speed road tests, as well as results from phosphorescence spectrum analysis are discussed, which reveals a good correlation between them. By analyzing the decay of active compositions of ZDDP in oils, the trends in viscosity changes of oils can well be predicted. Phosphorus nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer ( P - NMR) is an excellent assistant in studying the properties of engine oils in high temp. & high speed road tests. To oils based on Group II base oils, although PS2O2 level approaches zero, PSO3 level in oils is found to be remained dropping very slowly. The performance of ZDDP in Group II base oils is so excellent that is worthy of further research.
