摘要
提出了一种以统一产品信息模型UPIM为基础的设计与工艺分析及工艺设计集成方法,开发了实施系统 为满足并行设计中工艺分析和CAPP等设计活动对零件信息模型的要求,基于UPIM构建了三维实体特征模型,在此基础上进行工艺性评判并采用基于约束的工艺过程设计方法生成工艺,对设计与工艺分析及工艺设计集成的实现进行了研究探索.
This paper presents an integration methodology for design and process design based on a Unified Product Information Model (UPIM) and its implementation system.To meet the requirement of the part information model for the design activities of manufacturing process analysis Manufacturability analysis and evaluation is then carried out and process plans for the design are generated using a constraint-based process planning method.The implementation of design and process de sign integration is studied and practiced.
