摘要
介绍了由弹性钢环制成的应变式力传感器及其制作工艺 ,特别是弹性元件经过热处理后改善了弹性特性。针对应变式力传感器灵敏度低的特点设计了相应电路 ,采用正、负电源驱动放大器降低了放大器的共模输入电压 ,改进了共模抑制比 ,大大提高了正比特性。此传感器已应用于疲劳试验。
The strain force transducer made of elastic steel ring an d the fabricating technique are introduc ed. The elastic characteristic of the el astic element has been improved by heat treatment. In accordance with the demeri t of low sensitivity of strain transduce r relevant circuit is designed. With the amplifier driven by positive and negati ve power supplies the common mode input voltage is reduced and the common mode r ejection ratio is enhanced, thus greatly improved the direct ratio characteristi c. The transducer has been used in fatig ue test.
