摘要
钢铁厂的高炉煤气测量是个难度较高的课题。本文在分析了历来采用的圆缺孔板使用中存在问题的基础上 ,介绍了同心圆孔板和一体化均速管流量计在 2m以上大管道煤气测量中的应用。经较长时间运行 ,检测数据都较稳定 ,特别是一体化均速管流量计带反吹装置成功解决堵塞问题后 ,为钢铁厂高炉、焦炉。
The measurement o f blast furnace gas in iron and steel pl ants is a tough subject.Based on the ana lysis of existing problems in applicatio n of traditional segmental orifice in pa st of years the application of concentri c circles orifice and integrated Annubar flowmeter in 2 meters above large bore pipeline gas measurement is presented. A fter a long period operation, the detect ing data are stable, especially the inte grated Annubar flowmeter with backblowin g device successfully resolved the block problem. This makes excellent prospect for gas flow measurement of blast furnac e, coke oven and converter in iron and s teel plants.
