摘要
介绍了镀锌生产中锌合金镀层铁含量的在线检测方法和系统结构 ,镀锌检测仪可以有选择性地在线测量镀层中铁含量和锌层重量 ,并达到很高精度。另外 ,还介绍了热镀锌生产线合金化炉工艺控制系统 。
The method and sy stem structure of online detection of ir on content in zinc alloy coating in zinc plating production are introduced. The high accurate zinc plating detector is s elective to on line measure iron content in zinc coating or the weight of zinc l ayer.In addition, the alloying furnace t e chnique control system of heat zinc plat ing production line is presented. With s uch controller homogeneous features of c oating of steel tape along the width and length and highest repeatability can be implemented.
