摘要 以单强酸 /单强碱pH值中和过程为研究对象 ,通过对中和反应过程中非线性特性的分析 ,针对线性动态矩阵控制 (DMC)算法在控制中存在的问题 ,提出了一种基于CMAC网络的非线性动态矩阵控制算法 ,用以克服因过程流中存在未知化学成分引起的不确定性非线扰动。 With the pH value neutralization process of monolithic st rong acid/monolithic strong base as an o bject of study and through the analysis on the non linear characteristic in the process of neutralization reaction,a CMA C network based non linear dynamic matri x control algorithm is stated in accorda nce with the existing problem in linear dynamic matrix control algorithm(DMC).Th e algorithm overcome the uncertain distu rbance caused by unknown chemical conten ts in process stream.The simulation test shows that the algorithm offers excelle nt control result and real time performa nce.
