嗜热放线菌类群分类的研究 Ⅵ.嗜热吸水链霉菌类群的分类 被引量:1

摘要 农民肺病是一种外源性、过敏性肺泡炎,多数学者认为是与发霉干草接触的农民吸入含有嗜热性放线菌孢子的霉变粉尘而发病。从江苏、湖北、上海等省市采集发病地区干草、霉草、病人痰样,分离出60株嗜热吸水链霉菌。本文报道农民肺病病原菌中的二个新种,讨论了嗜热吸水链毒菌与农民肺病的关系。 The thermophilic streptomyces hygrosco-picus is one of the pathogenes of farmer'slung disease.The identified 60 strains of thermophilicstreptomyces hygroscopicus coming from theisolates from the haystack,moldy hay andsputa collected from Jiangsu,Hubei provinceand Shanghai in China.These strains are gro-wn around 50℃ and have moist patches onthe suface of colonies.It is proved that pro-tease can be extracted from cultined H_(9-4) str-ain.This protease is provided with antigene,the farmer's lung disease of rabbit can be in-duced in animals experiments.On clinical di-agnosis the farmer's lung disease can be dete-cted by sera test.From the identification of the 60 ther-philic streptomyces hygroscopicus strains,wefound the morphological cultural,physiolog-ical characteristics and cell wall compositionof H_(9-4) and T_(562) well different from descrip-tion hitherto.So two of them are identified asnew species.H_(9-4) is named as Streptom-yces thermoendus sp.nov.and T_(562) isnamed as Streptomyces thermobico-rno-hygroscopicus sp.nov.
