工程发展有一个积累的过程 ,《风险工程学》就是这种积累取得进步的产物。工程历史赋予人们丰富的经验 ,既有成功的 ,也有失败的。《风险工程学》可以帮助人们了解工程系统失效的形式 ,并且使人们了解将失效转化为成功的机遇。《风险工程学》作为一门学科 ,主要目的是使工程取得成功。本文的“风险分析技术 :概念、原理、方法和工程应用”是《风险工程学》的重要组成部分。
The development of engineering has been a cumulative process and so is the progress of risk engineering. The history of engineering has left human a rich experiences, both in terms of successes and failures. The risk engineering will help engineers to understand some of the ways in which engineering system can fail, and the chance that engineers have to turn failure into success. The main goal of the discipline of risk engineering is to maximize engineering success. The present work illustrates the major part of risk engineering--a technique of risk analysis: concept,basic principle, method and applications in engineering.
