本文介绍了 30万吨 /年合成氨大化肥装置中的锅炉给水预热器的结构特点和详细研制工艺 ,解决了Cr -Mo钢管板堆焊超低碳不锈钢、管子管板封口焊、液压胀管。
This paper introduced structure feature and manufacturing produce for feedwater preheater of boiler for 300,000t/a ammonia synthetic unit . It was solved that cladding extra-low carbon stainless steel on Cr-Mo steel tubesheet,welding tube-tubesheet,hydraulic expanding,helium mass spectrum leaking for welding of tube-tubesheet, fiting up of shell with tube bundle.
