摘要
本文对发生失效破裂的E— 10 3出口弯头进行了宏观形貌分析、SEM断口形貌分析和断口表面能谱分析 ,并在对材料进行微观组织分析的基础上 ,得出导致弯头破裂并引起介质泄漏爆炸的主要原因是长期的湿硫化氢应力腐蚀。
The macro appearances and fracture characteristics of a burst bend of E-103 in petrolatum oil hydrogenation unit were analyzed in this paper. Based on the analysis of energy spectrum of the fracture and microstructure of the bend, the main reason that results in the burst of it is the stress corrosion cracking of H 2S in this paper.
