热卷箱弯曲辊结构参数的研究

The study on the structural parameters of the bending rollers in coilbox

以弹塑性弯曲变形理论为依据 ,结合三辊式弯卷机 (弯板机 )的有关知识 ,对热卷箱弯曲辊的结构参数确定方法进行了较深入地分析与研究 ,给出了辊径、辊距等主要结构参数的确定方法 ,其研究成果对于热卷箱装置的国产化设计制造具有一定的参考价值。

Based on the theory of the elastoplastic distortion,using the correlative knowledge about the three roller plate bending rolls, we sdudied how to calculate the structural parameters of the bending rollers in coilbox deeply, and concluded the main points about some important structural parameters such as the roll diameter and the roll distance.The fruit can bring some referenced merits for the homemade design and manufacture of the coilbox machine.
