用K_s计算法设计冷轧管孔型变形段中各管坯壁厚

Designing tube wall thickness in forming section of groove for cold rolling tube by K_s calculation method

提出了设计冷轧管孔型的 Ks计算方法。通过 6个实例 ,与现有计算法对比 ,计算结果表明 :Ks计算法是可行的 ,并且能够控制最后小段的 Ks.n值 (Ks与变形量的意义是等价的 )。

In this paper, K\-s calculation method used in the design of cold rolling tube groove is introduced By comparison with the existing methods using six examples, K\-s calculation method is proved to be practical and the value of final section K\- s n ( K\-s is equal to degree of deformation in final section)can be controlled.
