分析花键滚刀铲齿工艺的难点 ,提出利用SolidWorks软件的三维特征造型功能方便地获得花键滚刀基本蜗杆轴向齿形的方法 。

The technical noduses of relieving spline hobs are analyzed.Presents the technique that the axial tooth profile of basic worm of spline hob can be conveniently gained by using the functions of 3D feature modeling of SolidWorks.In accordance with this method,the relieving cutter can be precisely designed and manufactured.
