摘要
提出并验证了平面二自由度五杆机构双曲柄存在的充要条件 ,提出平面五杆机构的类型不仅与五杆机构的杆长有关 ,而且还与机架和原动件的选取有关。平面五杆机构若满足 :Lmax+Lmin1+Lmin2 ≤a +b(其余两杆的长度和 ) ,且当一个短杆为输入连架杆 ,而另一个短杆为机架或另一输入连架杆时 ,则该五杆机构必存在双曲柄。
The sufficient and necessary conditions for the existence of double crank of planar five-bar linkage with two degree of freedom are advanced and verified.It is also advanced that the type of planar five-bar linkage is related not only to the rod length of five-bar linkage but also to the selection of frame and motive component.If the five-bar linkage satisfies: L max + L min1 + L min2 ≤ a+b (Sum of length of the other two bars),and while a short bar acts as an inputting rod connected to the frame,and at the same time another short bar serves as the frame or another inputting rod connected to the frame,thus the double crank of the five-bar linkage will certainly exist.
