采用先进技术 提高装置运行水平

摘要 介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司高桥分公司 1.4Mt/a同轴式重油催化裂化装置的特点和生产情况。为了满足市场需求 ,提高经济效益 ,几年来在该装置上又采用了一些新技术 ,使装置的运转水平进一步提高。如应用降烯烃催化剂GOR Q ,与使用MLC 5 0 0催化剂相比 ,汽油烯烃体积含量约 30 % ,下降 8~ 10个百分点 ;汽油辛烷值基本不变 ;产品分布改善 ;液体收率增加 ;柴油性质变化不大。又如最大量烷烃异构化 (MIP)新型提升管反应系统的应用 ,与常规催化裂化相比 ,产品分布相当 ,汽油的烯烃体积含量下降至 30 %~ 35 % ,MON增加 0 .5~ 0 .8个单位 ,RON下降幅度不大于 0 . Characteristics and production state of 1.4 Mt/yr coaxial RFCCU in Gaoqiao Company, China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation were introduced. In order to meet the market requirements and achieve good economic benefits, some new technologies were adopted in the unit so as to further improve the unit operation level. For instance, compared with MLC-500, the new catalyst GOR-Q, can reduce the olefin content in FCC gasoline by 8~10 percent points, at about 30 v%, and octane number was basically the same. Product slate was improved and total liquid yield was increased with a slight change in diesel property. A new riser reaction system (MIP) will be also adopted in the unit.
