摘要
通过对加氢裂化装置在加工高硫原料过程中出现的裂化反应器床层压力降上升过快、设备腐蚀加重以及产品中杂质含量升高等问题进行分析研究 ,发现这些问题是由于脱丁烷塔操作不正常造成的 ,并提出了解决问题的办法 ,实际生产表明 。
Causes of pressure drop increasing too fast in hydrocracker beds with sour feedstock being processed, more severe equipment corrosion and impurity content increase in product were analyzed. All of these are caused by unnormal operation of debutanizing column. Measures to solve the problems were put forward and they proved effective in production.
