漳卫南运河水污染问题及其对策 被引量:2

Zhangweinan Canal water pollution issue and its countermeasures

摘要 20世纪80年代以来,随着漳卫南运河沿河工业的发展和水资源的急剧短缺,大部分河段水体污染严重。因此,必须采取以下对策和措施进行防治:建立健全水资源保护法规体系和执法体系;建立健全取水许可和有效的水污染防治制度;积极探索水污染防治的有效途径;完善水环境检测体系,建立有效的水污染联防机制,减轻水污染危害;引进先进的污水处理设备,建立污水处理工程,实施调水补源。
