摘要
采用多层地下室逆作工艺可节约投资、缩短工期、推进设计与施工的一体化。逆作工艺已在建筑工程的基础、地下室、框架结构墙体、屋面防水及抗震方面成功应用 ,在预应力技术、全天候施工、高耸塔器安装、桥梁建造、隧道掘进、隧洞支护等领域也有典型应用。应大力推广并应用逆作工艺及其思维方法 。
Reverse construction technology for multi-story basement can save investment, shorten construction duration and promote integration of design and build process.Reverse construction method has successfully been used in construction of foundation,basement,wall in frame structure,roof water proofing and anti-seismic technology. In addition, the method is also widely used in prestress technique,all-weather construction, high-rise equipment installation, bridge build,tunnelling,tunnel bracing etc.Reverse construction concept and technology shall be broadly popularized and applied so as to promote its development and innovation.
