原生质体在甾体转化研究中的发展和应用 被引量:3

摘要 原生质体在生物学上应用始于1892年,由Klercker提出质壁分离后切割细胞壁的方法并获得植物的原生质体。几乎与此同时,就有人开展植物原生质体的融合工作。1937年Michel在关于原生质体的综述中曾提到早在1910年。
