摘要
组织结构是企业再造的核心。尽管20多年的改革开放给中国企业注入了无限生机和活力,但仍有许多企业组织因无法适应变化而举步维艰,根本无法满足中国企业尤其是中国大中型企业二次创业的要求。当务之急应以全新管理理论和思维为基础,构建一个以MIS为契点的、融核心结构层、战略运营层和企业价值链三个层面于一体的充满生机与活力的中国大中型企业组织结构战略再造模式,以期为中国大中型企业二次创业出谋划策。
The organization structure is the core of the whole reengineering process of modern enterprises. In China, after 20 years' reform, our enterprises organization has been becoming more energetic. But there are still many difficulties affecting the task of reconstructing chinese enterprises. To sovle this problem,I think we must construct a new organization structure pattern with those advanced theories. I hope to help Chinese enterprises reengineer by writing this thesis.
