企业职工关系状况的好坏直接决定着企业凝聚力和战斗力的强弱,也就决定着企业在市场竞争中的成败,因此,企业职工关系一直为中外企业家和学者们所关注。企业必须从剖析职工关系特征入手,对企业职工关系目标定位与途径选择。
Working staff relationship is related to an enterprise's competitiveness in the market as well as its solidarity and initiative,which thus brings to many scholars' attention at home or abroad.
