摘要
知识经济时代,拥有人才的优势是企业生存和发展的关键。但作为我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,民营企业在人才资源方面的劣势显得非常突出。企业虽用高薪和其他丰厚的条件来吸引人才,却不能在较长时间里留住人才。民营企业应根据自身的发展和外部环境的变化,采取合适的激励措施,留住人才,用好人才。
Personnel edge is the key to an enterprise’s existence and development in the era ofknowledge-based economy.However,as an important part of socialist market economy,humanresources in private enterprises remain a bigger disadvantate.Though private enterprises try to attractalents by high salaries and other favorable conditions,but fail to keep them for a long time.
