日本对华政府开发援助是中日经济政治关系的重要内容。 1 979年以来 ,日本对华提供了巨额的政府开发援助 ,其援助力度、援助范围、涉及领域、产生的经济社会影响是其它任何国际经济合作项目所无法比拟的。随着中国西部大开发战略的实施 ,日本政府开发援助正逐步转向中国西部地区 ,这对贵州等西部省区来说 ,无疑是广泛引进、利用外资 ,争取国际经济援助 。

Japanese official development assistance(ODA) is an important aspect of Sino-Japanese economic and political relations. Since 1979, Japan has provided huge official development assistance to China, with strength, scope, field, and economic and social effects matched by no other international economic cooperation projects. With the implementation of China's strategy of developing the West, Japanese official development assistance is gradually shifting to the West, which is, no doubt, an opportunity to introduce and utilize foreign capital extensively, gain access to international economic assistance, and speed up economic and social development for such western provinces and regions as Guizhou.
