On the Research of the Archival Essential Attribute

档案本质属性研究存在着把握档案属性不准确,认识片面化、简单化,逻辑混乱等问题。该文作者认为,档案与文件是同一事物的两个不同个体,不存在本质区别,而在于一般属性差异。

There are some problems existed in the research of the archival essential attribute,such as judgment not exact,understanding unilateral and simplification,logic confusion and so on.The author thinks that archives and record are the two different units of the same thing,and there isn't any essential difference but some common discrepancies.
