该文选取湖北省国有建筑业1983-1997年的相关数据,运用TSP软件包进行分析处理,构造出国有建筑业发展的生产函数。通过此函数表达式,对湖北省今后国有建筑业的发展情况有所预测,并运用宏观调控的力量,合理配备对国有建筑业的投资、人员等要素的投入,以使国有建筑业能按国家的产业计划同其它产业相互协调发展。

By using TSP software, this article constitutes a Cobbe-Douglas function on the development of Hubei national-architecture based on the relative data from the year 1983 to 1997. According to the function, we can forecast the development of our national-architecture, also, by using macro-policy, we can make proper preparation for the input of investment, personnel and other elements. By this way, our national-architecture can gain a corresponding development with other industries.
