磷石膏作原料试生产硫铝酸盐水泥熟料

介绍了用磷石膏配料在回转窑上进行硫铝酸盐水泥试生产的情况。结果表明,用磷石膏配料,能改善生料的易磨性和易烧性,提高生、熟料的产量,并能改善熟料的凝结特性。根据磷石膏特点,在生产中需采取一些工艺措施,以使磷石膏得以充分利用。

The production of sulphoaluminate cement clinker with phosphorus gypsum as raw material in rotary kiln is introduced. The results reveal that the grindability and burnability of raw meal , the quality and output of clinker as well as the setting time of clinker can be improved with the addition of phosphorus gypsum. Some measures should be taken in production to make full use of the phosphorus gypsum.
