The Determination of Cl^- in Rare Earth Compounds by ICP-MS

研究了用 ICP- MS法测定稀土化合物中 Cl-。对分析线、内标元素和基体浓度进行了合理选择。方法的加标回收率在 80 %～ 1 2 5 % ,相对标准偏差在 6.2 4 %～1 4.70 % ,测定下限为 0 .0 0 5 %。

ICP MS techniques is used for the determination of Cl - in RE compounds. The effect of matrix on the determination of Cl - was studied. The determination limit is 0.0050% with the RSD of 6.24% to 14.7% . The results obtained by this method coincided with that obtained by spectropho tometry.
