全硅沸石上有机吸附物亲和性指数的研究 被引量:2

Study on Affinity Index of Adsorbate on Siliceous Zeolites with Different Channel Size

摘要 用热分析技术 ,研究含有不同官能团的有机吸附质分子如 :直链烷烃、直链烷基胺、直链烷基醇等 ,在结构完美全硅FER ,MFI,FAU沸石孔道中的程序升温脱附行为 ,测定它们在这些沸石上的吸附量及亲和性指数AT 值 ,研究孔道半径对亲和性指数AT 值的影响 .结果表明 ,与沸石Si—O骨架“亲”性强的吸附质的AT 值 ,随孔道半径的减小而降低 ;“憎”性强的的吸附质的AT 值与孔道半径的关系 ,则呈相反趋势 . The behavior of desorption of organic adsorbate with different functional group, such as straight-chain alkane, straight-chain alkyl amine, straight-chain alkyl alcohols, on the channel of siliceous FER, MFI, FAU with perfect framework, were invested by thermal analytical method. The loading of adsorbate and affinity index, A(T) values, were also calculated. The effects of different channel size on affinity index were measured. The results that can be obtained from the research included that the A(T) values decrease with the decrease of the channel size of zeolites when the adsorbates have strong affinity with the Si-O framework structure of zeolites. On the other hand, the values of A(T) will increase with the decrease of the channel size of zeolites when the adsorbates have strong `phobic' with the Si-0 framework of zeolites.
