摘要
研究了用火焰原子吸收光谱法在同一溶液体系中直接快速测定金川铜镍矿浮选产品中铜、镍、镁含量的新方法。考察了产品中高含量的 Si O2 对测定镁的干扰情况 ,并提出了排除这项干扰的简便方法。根据各元素的标准溶液系列的测定数据 ,推算出了铜、镍、镁 3元素的线性回归方程及线性相关系数 ;特征浓度铜为 0 .4 0 mg· L-1/1% ,镍为 0 .4 8mg·L-1/1% ,Mg为 0 .0 18mg·L-1/1% ;线性浓度范围铜、镍均为 0— 10 mg·L-1,镁为 0 .2— 1.2 mg·L-1。相对标准偏差铜为 2 .5 % (n=6 ) ,镍为 2 .3% (n=6 ) ,镁为2 .8% (n=6 ) ,加标回收率铜为 96 .5 %— 10 2 .5 % ,镍为 98.8%— 10 3.5 % ,镁为 98.2 %— 10 2 .5 %。这种方法操作简便、快速、实用 ,具有较好的精密度和准确度 。
A new method for direct and quick determination of copper,nickel and magnesium in the floating products of Jinchuan copper nickel mine was studied by FAAS.The interference of the high content of SiO 2 to the determination of magnesium was examined.Thus a simple method of eliminating the interference was put forward.The lineal regression equations and linear relation coefficients for copper,nickel and magnesium were worked out,according to the determined data of standard solution series for these elements.The feature consistency in determining is 0.4mg·L -1 /1% for copper, 0.48 mg·L -1 /1% for nickel,and 0.018mg·L -1 /1% for magnesium.The range of linear consistency is 0-10mg·L -1 for copper and nickel,0.2-1.2mg·L -1 for magnesium.The recovery of standard addition reaches 96.5%-102.5% for copper,98.8%- 103.5% for nickel and 98.2%-103.5% for magnesium.This method is simple and rapid with good accuracy and precision.The results of analysis for the products are in accordance with those of the other labs and Jinchuan company.
