正交设计试验法研究二安替比林邻乙氧基苯基甲烷与钒(Ⅴ)的高灵敏显色反应

摘要 采用 L2 5(5 6)正交设计方案对 DAo EM测定钒 ( )的条件进行了优化 ,建立了一个测定钒 ( )的新体系。体系测定钒 ( )的灵敏度ε=1.7× 10 6L· mol-1· cm-1,线性范围为 4 .0— 4 8μg· L-1,灵敏度比文献报道的体系提高 1.2倍 ,抗 Fe3 + 、Cu2 + 、Ce( )的干扰能力提高 2倍 ,选择性有了较好改善。研究还明确了H3 PO4、Mn( )、Tween2 0、DAo EM、加热温度和时间等因素对体系的影响显著。该方法用于标钢样品中钒的测定 ,结果令人满意。 The optimum spectrometric conditions of vanadium (Ⅴ) with DAoEM were studied by L 25 (5 6) orthogonal design, and a new spectrometric system was constructed. The sensitivity of the system is ε =1 7×10 6L·mol -1 ·cm -1 in determining vanadium (Ⅴ), the linear range is 4 0-48μg·L -1 . Its sensitivity is 1 2 times higher than that reported in literatures, and its tolerance to interference of Fe 3+ ,Cu 2+ ,Ce(Ⅳ)is enhanced 2 times as that in literatures. The study also identified the high effect to the color reaction of V(Ⅴ) with DAoEM by factors of H 3PO 4, Mn(Ⅱ), Tween 20, DAoEM, temperature and heating time. The system has been applied to the determination of V(Ⅴ) in steel with satisfactory results.
