摘要
以氨三乙酸存在下锰 催化高碘酸钾氧化孔雀绿的反应作指示反应 ,用孔雀绿选择性电极作指示电极 ,对于用催化电位滴定法测定微量锰进行了研究 ,选择了适宜的实验条件 ,并测定了中草药中的锰的含量 ,所得结果与原子吸收法一致。
A catalytic potential titration method for the determination of trace manganese by malachite green selective electrode is reported. It is based on the catalytic effect of manganese(II) on the reaction between malachite green and KIO4 in the presence of nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA). The experimental results indicated that the method showed high sensitivity and high accuracy. It has been used for the determination of Mn in Chinese herbal medicine. The results agree with those obtained by atomic absorption spectrometry. The recovery of standard addition procedure is 95.8% similar to 100.3%, the relative standard deviation is 1.9%.
