摘要
综合评价了电液伺服阀的失效种类及其起因 ,并提出防止电液伺服阀失效的方法和措施。对 3 0 0 MW机组一起典型的电液伺服阀泄漏案例进行了失效分析 ;发现腐蚀介质和抗燃油的污染导致了电液伺服阀产生腐蚀与磨损交互作用的失效 ,并提出了相应的防范措施和改进建议。
The kind of failure and cause for EH Servo valve are comprehensively reviewed and measures for prevention of failure are suggested and a typical case history of a servo valve leak in a 300 MW unit is analysed and the failure is caused by corrosion and erosion in the servo valve elements resulting from the corrosion medium and contaimination of antinflamable oil.Finally,the preventive measure and improvement recommendation are suggested.
