摘要
用正交实验法考察了新型表面活性剂月桂醇聚氧乙烯 (9)醚乙酸钠 (AE9C Na)的合成工艺条件 ,结果为 :月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚 (AEO 9)与氯乙酸的摩尔比为 1∶ 1 .0 5 ,反应温度 80℃ ,反应时间≥ 5 h,有机碱复配混合物催化剂用量 (对反应物 ) 2 .5 g/ mol,收率 >95 %。对 AE9C Na的表面活性进行了分析测定 ,结果表明 ,表面张力 2 1 .4× 1 0 - 4N/ m,CMC1 .8× 1 0 - 3mol/ L,罗氏泡沫高度 1 67mm,乳化性 (液体石蜡 ) 1 3 5 s,增溶性3 .2 m/ mol,润湿性 (0 .2 %溶液 ) 2 6.1 4s,分散性 LSDP2 8% ,去污性 (0 .2 %溶液 ) 64.
The main factors affecting synthesis of sodium lauryl alcohol polyoxylene(9) ether acetate (AE 9 C Na) were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene(9) ether/chloroacetic acid=1.05(mol); reaction temperature 80 ℃; reaction time more than 5.0 h; XLS (organic base coposite) catalyst amounts=2.5 g/moL reactant. The yield of AE 9 C Na was more than 95%. The surface activity of AE 9 C Na was measured and compared with AEO 9.
