摘要
用壬基酚聚氧化乙烯醚作乳化剂 ,偶氮二异丁腈过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂 ,煤油为油相介质 ,对丙烯酰胺(AM)丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵盐 (AQ)的反相乳液共聚系统进行初步研究。乳化综合效果以共聚温度 2 9℃ ,乳化剂质量分数 1 1 %~ 1 3 %时最好 ;产物对中国管道二公司生化污泥处理絮凝结果表明 ,在单体总质量分数为 40 % ,AM/AQ(摩尔比 ) =4∶ 6时上清液最多 ,絮团大、滤饼含水率低 ,处理后
Using OP 10 as emulsifying agent, AIBN and BPO as initiators, kerosine as oil phase medium, the reversed phase emulsion copolymerization of acrylamide(AM) and 2 acryloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(AQ) were studied. The experimental results showed that the optimal emulsifying effect could be obtained at copolymerization temperature 29 ℃ and adding OP 10 11%13%(mass ratio). When 40%(mass ratio) AM AQ copolymer emulsion was used in treatment of biochemical sludge of sewage, the supernatant layer could be obtained to the most quantity, and the flocculate bulk is the biggest, the moisture content of the filter cake is the lowest, the content of SS is lower.
