摘要
研究了中国海洋石油总公司QHD32 6原油电脱水工艺。筛选出了合适的破乳剂 ,推荐了合理的操作条件 ,LSZC破乳剂的脱水温度为 12 5~ 130℃ ,脱水电场强度 :弱电场 2 0 0~ 30 0V/cm ;过渡电场 4 0 0~ 6 0 0V/cm ;强电场80 0~ 10 0 0V/cm、混合强度 0 .0 8~ 0 .12MPa。并研制了成套电脱水装置。在同一海域运行结果表明 ,优于国外同类电脱水装置。
The electric dewatering process for China Ocean Petroleum Corporation QHD32 6 crude is studied. Proper deemulsifier LSZC has been selected and the suitable operation conditions were recommended. Dewatering temperature is 125~130℃, electric field intensity is 200~300 V/cm in weak electric field, 400~600 V/cm in transition electric field, 800~1 000 V/cm in strong electric field and mixed intensity is 0.08~0.12 MPa. Complete electric dewatering unit has been developed.The operation result of the same sea area shows that it is superior to the similar foreign unit.
