摘要
从焊接温度场、熔池的构造、冷作残余应力和熄弧板功能等方面分析了压力容器埋弧自动焊焊缝终端产生裂纹的原因 ,指出可从提高冷作加工精度。
Causes of crack in weld end of pressure vessel by automatic submerged arc welding have been analyzed in regard to welding temperature field, structure of weldring puddle, residual stress of cold working and the function of runoff tab. It is pointed out that the crack in weld end could be prevented by increasing the accuracy of cold working and the form coefficient of the weld, meanwhile selecting the proper runoff tab.
