A new type of lock hopper developed by Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation is introduced focused on its features, operation steps and the main mathematical modes. The lock hopper has advantages of no catalyst loss, easy control and better technical performance compared with conventional lock hopper. Investment and operation cost have been greatly reduced, so it has evident economic benefits.
