摘要
基于合理优化和综合利用的原则 ,提出了一种优化的酸性水和酸性气治理方案 ,具有节省投资和占地及节能降耗等特点 ;建议对全厂的脱硫富醇胺溶剂集中再生 ,对酸性水分类集中处理 ,并与硫磺回收统筹布置、统一管理和联合操作 ,从而确保炼油厂酸性气、酸性水处理装置的“安稳长满优”
Based on the principles of optimization and comprehensive utilization,an optimal treatment option for sour water and gas in refinery has been put forward.It features low cost and low energy consumption.Following suggestions are given:central regeneration of plantwide desulfurizing alcohol amine riched solvent,central classification and treatment of sour water,arranging and managing treatment facilities and the sulfur recovery unit as a whole to guarantee smooth running and optimization of sour water and gas treatment in refinery.
