稠油井井下流量测量面临的困难和可能的对策

Difficulties and measures for downhole flowrate metering in the heavy oil well

稠油开采是油田开发中后期稳产措施之一。开发稠油与稠油井井下流量监测密切相关。由于稠油物性独特 ,用现有井下流量计对其进行监测有困难。为此 ,开展了稠油物性研究 ,从方法上分析了现行井下流量计面临的困难 ,并进一步探讨了新的测量原理。在此基础上 ,提出在非专用条件下 ,可用涡轮反转原理研制稠油井井下流量计 ;利用互相关原理或超声波方法开发稠油井井下流量计的可能途径。

Production of heavy oil is one of stable production measures during the late phase of oil production. And it is closely related with downhole flow measurement. For physical property of heavy oil is special, it is difficult to measure the flowrate. First, physical property of heavy oil has been studied. Secondly, working principle has been analyzed. And new measure methods have been discussed. Finally, corresponding countermeasure has been pointed out.
