石油钻采设备的防腐工艺研究

腐蚀是自然界较为常见的一种现象 ,而工作于油田的石油钻采设备由于长期处于复杂而且恶劣的工作环境 ,遭受着严重的腐蚀。现文从石油钻采设备的工作环境、工作原理入手 ,对其遭受的腐蚀原因进行了分析研究 ,针对设备的共性和不同 ,对不同的设备总结了各自有效的防腐工艺。该防腐工艺通过南阳石油机械厂厂内试验及现场应用 ,取得了很好的效果。

Corrosion exists widely in the nature. Because of the complicity and bad work environment, the rig and oil recovery equipment in the oil field suffer from the serious corrosion. On the basis of work principle and environment study, the author provides a valid anticorrosion processing to several kinds of different equipment, according to the corrosion cause. The processing confirmed through the test and the application.
