摘要
压风机组是一个复杂的系统 ,其优化配置问题牵涉面广、理论性强、难度较大。现文采用工程实用原则 ,根据热力学原理 ,结合实际工况 ,建立压风机组优化配置的实用算法 。
Optimization of air compressor unit can determine number of air compressor to be used and whether to use booster or not and check out the power of compressor and booster based on the give minimum air flow rate and injection pressure at well head. Therefore, air compressor unit may be properly used according to above calculations. Optimization of air compressor unit covers lot of problems with high theoretical level and difficulty because the unit is a very complex system. To solve the problems, a practical calculation of air compressor unit optimization has to be set up based on thermodynamics and actual operation conditions. A software also has to be developed. To do so, not only optimization problem is solved but also better measure is provided for field practice.
