摘要
针对柴达木盆地北缘地区油气水层分布段长、压力异常的固井难点 ,从加重剂、外加剂、防窜性、抗盐性等方面对高密度水泥浆进行了系统研究 ,提出了设计高密度水泥浆的原则和要注意的问题及对加重剂性能的要求 ,筛选出了合适的具有良好防窜性能的降失水剂 ,形成了一套适合柴达木盆地北缘地区固井的高密度防窜水泥浆体系。综合应用G6 0 -S高密度水泥浆固井技术在冷科 1井 2 4 4 .5技术套管双级固井、 139.7生产套管双级固井中获得成功 ,固井质量分别为合格、优质。
Beiyuang of Chaidam Basin is very rich in oil and gas resource,but geologic condition is complex.Oil,gas,and water are distributed in long-distance interval,it is very difficult for cementing work.In order to successfully solve the cementing problem,based on the geologic characteristics of Beiyuan,this paper study high-density slurry on weighing agent,additive,channeling prevention,anti-sodium,design principle and matters sides which will be regarded.Good fluid loss additive is selected.This paper develops a set of high-density slurry system with good channeling prvention.Cementing technology of G60-S high density slurry is used successfully in two stage cementing for 244.5 mm intermediate casing and 139.7mm production casing in Lengke-1 well,cementing quality is good.
