摘要
大斜度定向井斜井段易形成的岩屑床影响钻进速度、威胁钻井施工安全。现阶段提高定向井井眼净化程度的系列技术措施已初步配套 ,如短起下钻清除岩屑床就比较见效 ,但耗时长且增加成本。在探讨在钻进过程中用机械法清除上部斜井段的岩屑床的基础上 ,介绍其技术原理 ,并提出了施工的可行性方案。
Cuttings bed is formed easily in inclined section of high angle directional well.It affects drilling speed,threatens drilling safe.A series of technical measures of improving hole cleaning degree on directional well has been preliminarily formed.For example,short trip can effectively clean cuttings bed,but it wastes time and is increased cost.This paper discusses how to clean cuttings bed by using mechanical method during drilling,and introduces its technical principle,feasibility and construction method.
