原油集输集中监测系统在孤三联合站的现场应用

THE FIELD APPLICATION OF THE CRUDE GATHERING CENTRAL MONITORING SYSTEM IN GUSAN JOINT MOVEMENT STATION

针对孤岛采油厂孤三联合站 (以下简称孤三联 )原油集输集中监测系统比较落后的情况 ,研制出一套集输自动化集中监测系统。应用工业控制计算机及配套的检测仪表构成自动化的集中监测系统 ,配以功能齐全的软件对现场工艺及参数进行逼真的显示 ,不仅配置灵活方便、功能强、利于维护和扩展 ,而且还能使传统车间装置中现有的一次二次仪表实现硬件冗余 ,提高安全性、可靠性 ,为以后的生产与优化提供了方便。经过 6个月的现场试验 ,认为这套系统可靠性高、运行稳定 ,精度高 ,满足现场使用要求。

In accordance with the backward status of crude gathering central monitoring system in Gusan joint movement station of Gudao Oil Production Factory,a set of automatic crude gathering central monitoring system is developed.The system is made up of technical control computer and corollary monitoring instruments.And it uses completing function software to display the field operation process and parameter.It has the characteristics of agile furnishing,strong power and easy safeguarding and expanding.The new system improves safety and reliability.Through 6 months′ field test,the results show that the system has high reliability,stability and high accuracy,etc..It can meet the requirements of field application.
