摘要
通过对胜利油田孤岛采油厂下馆陶单元抽油机井管杆偏磨腐蚀现状调查 ,分析造成管杆偏磨腐蚀的因素主要有井身结构、杆柱受交变载荷、产出液高含水及腐蚀介质等。为此 ,采取环空掺缓蚀剂、下镍磷镀油管及抽油杆、下塑胶抽油杆扶正器及下射流泵措施 ,取得了较好的效果 ,有效延长了抽油机井的检泵周期。
Based on an investigation on eccentric wear and corrosion of sucker rod and tubing in rod-pumped wells,the main factors which cause casing eccentric wear and oprrosion are casing program,alternating load on rod string,high water cut by produced fluid and corrosive medium.Thereby,the preventive measures are adopted as follows:mixing corrosion inhibitor in annular vacuity;running sucker rod and tubing plated nickel and phosphorus,using plastics rod centralizer and jet-pump.A good result is obtained and the pump detection period is prolonged.
