介绍了我国石油行业的现状及基本特点，分析了加入ＷＴＯ对我国石油行业的不利影响和有利因素，提出了增强我国油气行业竞争力的对策及措施。
The present situation and basic features of our petroleum industry are introduced,undesirable and desirable effects and factors for our petroleum industry after China's entry into WTO are analyzed,and countermeasures to enhance our petroleum industry's competitive power are put forward.
