摘要
本文是湘西二叠纪牙形刺的首次报道。本区二叠系地层连续,化石丰富,属碳酸岩浅海台地相沉积。本文描述了牙形刺20种,1新种。本区二叠系自下而上可划分出六个牙形刺带或组合带:Neogondolella sorrata带,N.aserrata-N,postserrata组合带,N.urilcaxi带,N.billeri带,N.leveni带和N.changxingensis-A.deftecta组合带。
Suociyu is one of the most famous tourist areas in Cili County, Northwest Hunan. The Suoxiyu section is a continuous section, consisting of limestone, with many fossil groups frequently occurring in shallow water facies. The Permian conodonts described here include 20 species and one new species, with 6 conodont zones or assemblage zones recognized in ascending order as: Neogondolella serrata Zone, N. aserrata-N. postserrata Assemblage Zone, N. wilcoxi Zone, N. bittteri Zone, N. leveni Zone and N. changxingensis-N, deflecta Assemblage Zone.Diplognathodus paralanceolatus Wang sp. nov. (P1. Ⅰ, figs. la, b)Diagnosis A species of Diplognathodus with elongate basal cavity and a smooth and straight carina in lateral view.Description Free blade straight, with three small denticles on its anterior upper edge, among which the middle one is the largest. Posterior part of free blade and fixed carina smooth, and straight in the middle part of the carina in lateral view. Carina straight in upper views, reaching to the posterior end of basal cavity. Basal cavity elongated and nearly symmetrical, with smooth upper surface.Locality and Horizon Uppermost part of Maokou Formation, Suoxiyu section, Cili County, in association with Niogondolella wilcoxi.
